Regional Landfill
The Regional Landfill began operations in
January 1985. Approximately 1,700 tons of
waste is received daily at
the 833 acre site with 151 acres of permitted
landfill
area located at 1 Bob Foeller Drive in Suffolk.

Residential
household waste accepted:
• Tuesday - Friday,
7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
• Saturday through Monday, CLOSED
• Open holidays until
12:00 noon; with the exception of
Independence, Thanksgiving, Christmas
and
New Year's Day. On those four holidays
the regional landfill is closed.
